Mechanical Descaling Machines

According to wire rod quality and diameter the machines consist of different number of rolls.  Descaling machines are used up to 12.00 mm wire rod. Number of roll can be up to 12 pieces. Hydraulic pressure system is applied for big diameter wire rods. The rolls are designed as bearings with Tungsten Carbide Rings and are placed between two steel body. 

There is an outlet for the dust extraction system on the machine body and a wheeled scale drawer is manufactured for spills. The protective caps are made of rubber seals for dustproofing. It has been designed with adjustable air nozzle at the exit of the machine to clean fine dust powder on the wire. The wire entry and exit channels have a wear resistant tungsten carbide rolling dock.
